Audigy 4 Pro - Sample Rate Conversion Requirement

If Cubase LE is set to Creative ASIO drivers, and Tutorial 4.cpr or Tutorial5.cpr are loaded from the LE Tutorial folder on the CD ( *:\Steinberg\Demo Projects\LE Tutorial) playback is out of sync and cursor and arrangement are not alligned correctly, we recommend the following steps for conversion.

• Copy the LE Tutorial folder from the CD to your hard drive.

• Open Cubase LE and set to Creative ASIO drivers ( Devices- Device Setup - VST Multitrack - Creative ASIO).

• Click Apply and OK

• From the main menu bar go File - Open and browse to Tutorial5.cpr* in the LE Tutorial folder copied to a location on your hard drive

• Click Cancel on requests for Truetape (Tutorial4.cpr only), Audio Gallery and LM-7. These selections will not affect playback

• Go to Pool on the menu bar and click on Conform files. Follow instructions to replace content.

• Cubase LE sample rate converts the audio files from 44.1 to 48 kHz and In sync playback can now commence.

Note: *Changes made to Tutorial5.cpr will automatically be reflected in Tutorial4.cpr when it is loaded
